Frequently asked questions
Which industries does Ansultech support?
Mining, construction, processing, warehousing, industrial facilities, commercial kitchens and other high-risk operations across Zambia and the DRC.
Do you provide 24-hour support?
Yes. Ansultech provides standby and field-service support, with onsite service structures available for remote operations. The exact response arrangement is confirmed in the service agreement.
Can you protect heavy mining equipment?
Yes. We design, install and maintain automatic fire detection and suppression systems for haul trucks, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders and other mobile assets.
Do you maintain systems installed by other suppliers?
This depends on the system type, condition, component availability and manufacturer requirements. We first inspect the system and then provide a controlled recommendation.
How often must a fire-suppression system be serviced?
Intervals depend on the system, manufacturer instructions, applicable standards, operating environment and site rules. We establish the correct maintenance schedule during review.
Can Ansultech provide permanent onsite technicians?
Yes. Onsite representation can be structured for remote and high-output operations where rapid response and uptime are critical.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the asset or facility type, equipment model where applicable, location, operating environment, hazard details, existing system information and required completion date. A site assessment may be required.
